The mission of the Finance and Administration department (FAD) is to facilitate and achieve customer satisfaction by providing a high standard of administrative and technical support services and modern well appointed facilities which are supportive to instruction and teaching at ADWC.

The department's role is diverse because of its relation to the entire college community. FAD is comprised of sub-section for Finance, Human Resources, Housing and Visa, Facilities, Security and Reception, and provides related services in all of these areas. As a result, FAD's customers include students, faculty, staff, visitors and guests.

In addition, the department oversees all out-sourced services, including on-site catering, gardens and grounds maintenance, cleaning and HVAC maintenance. FAD also manages remedial and preventative maintenance issues and project requirements.

One of FAD's major responsibilities is the Human Resources division. Although faculty and staff are recruited through the Higher Colleges of Technology, once they are assigned to ADWC, FAD's HR division ensures a smooth transition into the ADWC college community.
